Groups representing EU citizens in UK and Britons abroad unimpressed by prime minister’s Brussels proposal.

EU citizens living in the UK, as well as Britons abroad have deemed Teresa May’s “fair and generous” offer as “pathetic”, with President of the EU Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, calling the offer “not sufficient”.
